A workspace for studios and their clients
Client work, kept together.
Share deliverables, collect clear feedback and keep every approval attached to the right version.
A portfolio concept by Evenfold Studio · Interactive demo with sample data
One review cycle, four clear steps
01
Share
The studio uploads a version with a short note and submits it. Drafts stay private until then.
02
Review
The client sees exactly which version is waiting, comments on it and decides: approve or request changes.
03
Revise
The studio adds the next version with a required “What changed?” summary. The old version keeps its feedback.
04
Approve
Approval is recorded once, on one specific version, with a name and date both sides can see.
Feedback stays with the version it was about
When Nina asks for clearer delivery information, that request belongs to version 1. Version 2 arrives with its own summary of what changed, and her approval is recorded on version 2 only. Months later, anyone can see who asked for what, and which file was signed off.
Follow the full example- V1
- Changes requested
- V2
- Approved
- On version 1
- “Please make the delivery information easier to find and give the main button more emphasis.”
- On version 2
- Delivery bar and delivery block added; the call to action is now a solid button. Approved by Nina.
Same work, two points of view
Both sides read from the same history. Each sees the step that's theirs.

Built for studios and the clients they work with.
Small design studios
- Several clients, each with a handful of deliverables in different states.
- Stop digging through email threads to find which file was approved.
- One overview of what's waiting on you and what's waiting on clients.
Independent consultants
- Share reports and plans as versions, not as ‘final_v3_really-final.pdf’.
- Clients give feedback in one place, attached to the right draft.
- A clear record of sign-off when the invoice goes out.
